[macvoiceover] Third try same results

Still getting the same message. and apparently it doesn't happen when
I try to open the toolbox app; apparently it happens as soon as I
plug in the scanner except sometimes I hear it voiced and end up in
that window while other times I don't see it unless I look at the
application chooser. It keeps saying to reinstall the scanner driver
so apparently it's the driver rather than the toolbox app that has
the issue, but I'm not sure even about that.
