[macvoiceover] Tabs in Louis.

Hello every one,
One of the problems folks have had in using Louis is being on the
correct tab, because the tabs do not speak correctly. This is a bug
with Voiceover and it has been reported. I have seen this problem in
at least 1 other application, so hopefully they are addressing this
bug. But you can know where you are at all times just by pressing,
control-option-w
This will cause Voiceover to speak the name of the tab that you are
on. Learning this has maid my work with louis easier.
