[macvoiceover] Strange voice over behaviour

Hello,

When in itunes, or the mac browser, and when I go to side bar, and interact,
voice over goes crazy when I vo down.  Voice over keeps repeating row row
row, and on and on.  The only way it will stop is if I turn the power button
off on the mac.
I have a mac book, and am using snow leopard and the latest software.
Has anyone experienced this?  If so, can it be resolved?
