[macvoiceover] Strange behavior reading websites with Voiceover.

Hi folks,
I think I saw a note from some one on the list the other day about this, but, I am just now noticing it.
When reading through a website like macrumors.com, Voiceover will jump back to the top of the page and I can't seem to figure out. why. It does the same thing with Safari, or, Shiira. I thought it mite be a problem with Safari 3, so we uninstalled it, still no joy. 

Any thoughts.
