[macvoiceover] Speech rate in Applications

Hi Everyone
Does anyone know if there's a way to speed up the system voices beyond what you can set in system preferences? e.g. setting the slider all the way to the right, at 100%, doesn't make the voices speak as fast as they can, or even close. Try this with Fred to see an example of what I mean. I know the voices can speak much faster than this, as I can set very high speeds not only with Voiceover, but with embedded tts commands in text. Is there any way to expand the range of the tts manager so I can take advantage of these faster rates?
