Ok, I think we are combining two different subject lies. This one is about turning mouse tracking off with strange behavior in iTunes. Is that synonymous to turning cursor tracking off as with vokeys-shift-f3?

The other subject was about having to turn cursor tracking on and off to find out whether it's on or off and I can't figure out why that's a problem. It should be on by default and shouldn't go off unless you turn it off and then it's easy to check with a quick pokeys-shift-f3 and you do it a second time if you need to get it back to where it was. So is the issue that it somehow now turns of or on by itself?

cheryl,

if you press vo-shift-f3, it toggles cursor tracking. if you turn it off, you cannot get a radio stream to play.

I have mouse cursor set on "moves voiceover cursor" and I'm not experiencing strange behavior. when you talk about turning off mouse tracking, to what exactly are you referring as I don't actually see a setting to turn it off? Or is this a laptop setting of some kind? Are you referring to setting mouse cursor to ignore voiceover cursor?
