[macvoiceover] Setting up support so voiceover will work in another language

I've looked through the voiceover help under the voiceover utility menus, and I've looked through the international pane of System Preferences and even attempted some rearranging. "But I didn't really find anything specific about support for other languages than English as far as speech, though I know this is in the feature list and I think that having the Infovox-Ivox voices in a second language, I ought to be able to do this. Can somebody instruct me how to do this or point me to the documentation for doing it?
