I try to stay out of circles <g> Oh, I understand fully how it feels to hav a computer die. I've had that experience with hard drives. I do though and will run bootcamp for the advantages it brings such as allowing me to use the entire computer for windows when I need it and not having to worry whether my vm will fowl. I see the advantages in running fusion or a vm but I don't see the advantages for running a vm unless you need those advantages. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lewis Brock" <lewisjbrock@xxxxxxx> To: <macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, April 20, 2008 11:36 AM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Serious answers on how to get Windows on a mac mini already running leopard? its ok mate. you're obviously not in the circles that some of us others have been in. its not pleasant to have a jaws system read out 3 dialogues that cannot be stopped. its incredibly un nerving when a hacker loads up a data string even through certain firewalls and formats your hard drive. its happened to me and I lost a good windows laptop. oops did I say good.... no hang on I mean crap.... lol yep windows is an element of foul language between me and some others especially members of family lol lew On 20 Apr 2008, at 16:32, David Poehlman wrote: > what is not to understand is that you can lock down windows. > > I've been running various computers with windows for over 15 years > and never > had a meltdown like this.
