[macvoiceover] Sending a file by email straight from the finder

Is there a way to attach and send a file right from the finder window, or do I
have to always start a new message through mail and then attach the files?

If you've transitioned from Windows and now know what you're doing on the Mac,
I'm looking for the same function as the *send to function found by
right-clicking or hitting the application menu key on a file in the My
Documents folder.

Thanks,

Ian
