[macvoiceover] Safari on the iPhone

Hi list. Can someone refresh my memory on a couple of things regarding
the iPhone.
1. Can you go directly to a set home page when safari is opened. for
example, on my macbook, when I open safari I go to google which I set as
my default home page. When I open safari on my iPhone it takes me to the
last place I was when I closed it.
2. What's the easiest way to get to the address field where you can type
in a web address?
