Keith, I would like to share where this can be found and the procedure for
using this wonderrful item. When in the message table down arrow to the
message containing the attachment. Press ctrl-option-J to jump to the
message body. Should a person not be familiar with the Shortcut
Command-Option-P which works quite well the item can be found in the view
menu by pressing ctrl-Option-m and using the right arrow to move to view.
Down arrow to message submenu and use the right arrow to open the submenu.
arrow down to plane text alternative and press enter. You will also hear
the shortcut for this item. The text of the message will be displayed and
using the up and down aros alone will allow the message to be read.
Thanks Keith. Now I can read those billions of messages that I have just
shelved. Hmm, do I really have the time to do that?

Good evening all. How can I read the text of an e-mail message that has
an attachment? When I am in the mesage table and arrow to the message I
press vokeys-j to jump to the message content. I see the attachment when
I read with the vokeys but don't see any text. I do know there is text
because I get a copy of the message on the (I hate to say this)PC. I
can read text there. Also, what is the bes most consistant way to click
on an attachment in mail? Thanks.
