[macvoiceover] Read Contents of VoiceOver Cursor

Hi people!
I've got something weird happening. When I use Vo-A to read everything
in the VoiceOver cursor and the rest of a page, sometimes Alex does
not breathe at all. If I start reading it with VO-arrow keys, it'll
breathe. I can be reading an entire book on a website, and I hear no
breathing whatsoever. Anyone know why? Sometimes it's fine, or so it
appears. Sometimes, it won't even read anything but what the cursor is
actually focussed on.
I just tested it with this post as well.
