Steve;
press vo-f2 twice and you will be in a window where you can look at
and select widgets.
as for syncing, your contacts will apparently sync both ways if you
make sure the the sync contacts checkbox is checked in the iphone
panel of itunes.

Hi,
When I went into the dashboard I couldn't really get voice over to
read much, are there other commands you need for dashboard?
Also, if I connect my iphone to my macbook, does it give you the
chance to sync the contacts on the ipone to the macbook?
Thanks all,
Steve

Some are accessible; others are not; you just have to try widget by
widget. There are some widgets already on your computer and others
that you download.
