[macvoiceover] Question about Leopard Setup Assistant

I am fixing to get a Macbook. Will I have to wait for the computer to
start, turn up the volume, and then turn on VO? Or does the Setup
Assistant speak when I turn it on for the first time? Thanks for the
help.
