Hi folks! I am trying to open a frame in a new window, like I use to in the past, so that I can select the text in it and paste it in a document. However, when I press VO Shift M, I no longer see the "Open Frame In New Window" either. I'm also not seeing the "Open Frame In New Tab" item. I've already looked in the menu bar, but cannot find it. What can be going wrong here? Am I missing something?
