Tell us something about your setup. do you have a hard drive? External drives? What is currently on those drives? It would apear that the installer thinks none of your drives are elligible but it probably isn't something with your computer per se or you'd get a message about not being able to install Lion on this computer. Does the drive you want to install on have enough space? We'd probably need to know more about your setup to give any more ideas unless one of us just gives you a lucky or educated guess that turns out to be right.
