Yup, select all, copy, paste doesn't work at all with this document.

When I use Command+Tab to go from Preview to TextEdit and make a note, Command+Tab back to Preview always drops me at the top of the document. Is there any way to keep one's place in Preview when coming and going a lot? Alternatively, is there another way to read PDF files that is more conducive to this activity?
