[macvoiceover] Possibl fix for Safari focus issues

Hi guys,
Well, some of y'all have mentioned having trouble with Safari jumping
out of your page while you navigated. I've run into this as well,
along with VO jumping unexpectedly.
I think I found a fix for this.
In the VO preferences, set your cursor tracking so that the mouse
follows the VO cursor, but uncheck the box where the VO cursor follows
the mouse cursor. This appears to do the trick. I need to test it more
as I only did it yesterday.
Also, on large pages that take an age to navigate with VO...pages with
lots of pictures. Uncheck the box that says (in the web section of the
VO utility) "Navigate images". This appears to have helped at least
somewhat.
