Hi Sarah, For the Money, a referb is as good as new so if you want a like new Mac at a lower price, that would be the way to go. You can get apple care for it just like the new ones. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sara" <push649@xxxxxxx> To: <macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, April 24, 2008 9:33 AM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Oh no, I fell in love with a mac pro! Hi there. Didn't know Apple sold refurb macs. I'll take a look but not sure I want a used one but it's worth looking at. I guess I'm still thinking about saving and getting the pro; not the $22000 one, but the $3000 one. lol I know, I'm crazy. smile Sara ----- Original Message ----- From: "Keith Reedy" <WA9DRO@xxxxxxxxx> To: <macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, April 24, 2008 6:58 AM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Oh no, I fell in love with a mac pro! > Hi Sara, > > I saw some referb iMacs at Apple.com for around a thousand dollars with a > GIG of ram, 2 GIG clock speed and a 250 GIG drive and a super drive.
