Jeronimo,

No need to be sorry.  We all had to start sometime.  Here's a quick tip that 
might help.  You'll find that if you use the VO keys with the arrow keys, 
you'll get along just fine.  When I say the "VO" keys, I mean the combination 
of the control key and the option key.  Those two keys pressed together in 
combination with other keys will give you what you need.  Here's an example 
which you should find most helpful.  IF you press VO+k, (that is a combination 
of the control key plus the option key plus the k key), this will turn on 
keyboard help.  Now, with keyboard help turned on, start playing with your 
keyboard.  Press VO in combination with left, right, up, down arrow and other 
keys.  When you're done with keyboard help, just press the escape key to get 
out of it.  also, if you press VO+h, this will open Voice Over help; from which 
point, you can choose to get help with anything related to Voice Over.
