actually, jaws does not speak the title by default but can be
made to speak it. The correct question is:
"is there a way to get vo to stop speaking thtitle of links?".
See, this way, we get the question we need and we don't need to
know whether window eyes, hal, nvda, sa or jaws does it or not.

situation. The message in question was about speaking of the
title attribute on links in Safari, and the question was that
JAWS does not, but VO does, and is there a way to get VO to stop.

Today I will start deleting addresses of those who are more
interested in their opinions than this project.
