[macvoiceover] Minor Louis update

I have made a minor update to Louis to fix a bug discovered by the folk a the NFB's technology center. Below are the changes:

1. Should you not enter a filename for the braille output file Louis will now use the filename and path of the source file with .brl added to it. So for example if your file was name mybraille.txt and you did not specify a output file name then when you ran "Run Translation" you will get mybraille.txt.brl in the same directory as mybraille.txt

2. I have updated the installer so that it will delete and replace all of Louis' various files on each install. This should avoid some of the upgrading problems people were have. the uninstaller is still available.

This is a minor upgrade to the Louis application only and so you can just download the Louis application if you wish. It can be download from the following link.

The main Louis page is at:

Louis is a free, open source braille translation program for Macintosh OS 10.4 or better.
