I've never received this warning. But I just got into the thing of running the Combo Update and I've avoided some different problems that people were having with the automatic update.

Hello Keith,I have been in the habbbit of running the Combo updates for the last several Leopard updates. Just my way of doing things. Then I always repair permissions after the latest OS is running.
