[macvoiceover] Languages and Symbols?

Hi Mac Users and Macs,
Can voiceover speak anything other than English? I am totally into languages
and wonder if I can read anything else with a mac. Windows is ok with languages
that use the Latin alphabet, but what about Greek letters and those phonetic
symbols used to teach people how to pronounce things?
