I don't know if we have a way to add songs to playlists at this point
other than drag or drop.
You can select all the songs you want by selecting the first one,
disabling the cursor with ctrl-option-shift-f3 and selecting the rest.
Click on one of them with ctrl-option-space and then do cmd-a to select
all. then go into menu > file and create playlist from selection. You'll
have a box to type the title and press enter.
