From my upcomming hints list for VO and iTunes:

How to move a song to a playlist.

1. Select the song in the Song List.
2. Drop the contextual menu by pressing the VO keys, shift-M keys.
3. From the contextual menu go down to the item "Add to Playlist" it will have a submenu 
4. From that sub menu choose the play list you wish to add the song to.

The song will be added to the selected play list.
