[macvoiceover] Itunes And Networks, USB Drives

I have all kinds of music on several machines on a network as well as some on USB drives. I want to set up a play list on my Mac to play something for instance that is stored on a windows machine on the network. How do I do it? Do I have to add this music to my library? If so, how do I add something that is on a network to my library? I banged around itunes for a while and got no where.
