no, the ability to use it like windows is gone but it is much more functional this way than it ever was.

www.oldapps.comand could only fine 8.2, which I believe had the same cumbersome things wrong with it as 9 does. I'm not going to roll back; rather keep current and get used to the new way than be using out of date software.
