Obviously, when the day is done, ones personal preferences and choice is all that matters. I do find it fascinating with any product, not just the iPhone, that some folks express definite opinions without ever having used or tried a product or base their thoughts on expectation and estimation alone. However, as I said, that occurs with any opinion, and with the iPhone, the moment I read about it, I knew it would surpass my experiences with any other cell phone. I email and text message just fine, and, in fact, I find it easier to text message on the iPhone than using the key pad on my Nokia. Interestingly enough, business is the main target for the 3.0 software, which includes Exchange support, among other Enterprise related features. Ironically, , I have recently read three articles that strongly indicate that the iPhone is simply not a "fun phone" geared for the consumer market alone. I just spoke to a woman who told me her company is going to be switching to iPhones for the entire field staff of over 1500 people by September. This appears to be more than just a minor trend, according to an recent article in the Wall Street Journal.
