[macvoiceover] Installing Flash on OS X Hardware

Hello,
I'm not sure, but it may have been on this list.
I'm looking for the instructions for installing the latest flash on OS X 
10.6.7. In these instructions, a link was given for a best version of flash and 
the instructions for bypassing the splash or visual screens that don't work 
with VoiceOver while installing.
I sure hope someone can point me in the right direction or please repost the 
message.
