you will need to sort them out of the imported bookmarks folder by hand.

Do I have to move them from the "imported" folder to somewhere else or
does
Safari do this automatically? Thanks.

Safari
export your favorites, they will retain the order you have them in,
import them into safari, they will be found in a folder called
imported and they will retain their folder structure.

Hello listers,
Is there a good way to import Internet bookmarks into Safari? I have
a lotof categories and, in some cases even subcategories, e.g. nested
folders.
Thanks,
