[macvoiceover] Re: I'm up and running! Just a couple questions?

Hi
For an awesome instant messaging client take a look at Adium from www.adiumx.com . It does aim, msn, icq, and a bunch of others I can't remember, and can be set to automatically speak various things, such as someone sending messages or signing on. Skype works very well. It is a bit different than windows skype as far as the interface itself. There's no way to use caps lock as a VO key. Not sure if this'll help, but I've got the newer bluetooth wireless keyboard that looks just like the newer laptop keyboards. Since it has two option keys, I usually press ctrl with one hand and option with the other--ctrl on the left, option on the right.

I've got my new mac mini up and running. I don't want to instal windows until I know what I'm doing with Voiceover. If you don't mind. I have a few questions.

I'm wondering if there is an MSN equivalent that works well with VO. Does skype work very well?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to send emails?

Also, I have a laptop sized keyboard so using VO keys while pressing letters on the left hand side is difficult. Is there a way to set say, the capslock key to act as VO keys. Similar to laptop commands for jaws?

Thanks,
Jess
