[macvoiceover] Re: Hi

Hi Hannah,

You have obviously been using a computer for a while now. What kinds of things do you do with a computer and what software do you use? The answers to these questions can help with your decision. Also, there is a starter at:
http://www.apple.com/accessability
that provides information about VoiceOver and the universal access properties of the os.

If possible, you might want to take an opportunity to spend some time with a Mac beffore investing in one. Take your time if you have time.

I was a windows user for many years and though I still use windows from time to time for various reasons, my platform of choice is now Mac os.

Hi all. I've just joined this list as I want to find out as much as I
can about a mac. I do not own a mac yet, however due to the many Windows
problems I face on my laptop I am considering switching. My first query
is compared to Windows, how easy is it to learn, in terms of those with
learning disabilities, to use a mac and VoiceOver? Thanks, and I look
forward to hearing from you. From Hannah
