[macvoiceover] Re: Hi

Hi Hannah and welcome,

I have been a MAC and Voiceover user for about 2 years. I had been a Dos user and then Windows user from the first Windows screen reader. The MAC is not hard to learn, just a different way of doing things and I have left the Windows problems behind. One of the nice things is that the MAC keybord commands are basicly the same in each application where they apply.

I will send a thing or two to the list with your name in the subject line. I use my MAC every day in the office and at home. I really believe that the MAC has maid me much more productive.

Hi all. I've just joined this list as I want to find out as much as I
can about a mac. I do not own a mac yet, however due to the many Windows problems I face on my laptop I am considering switching. My first query is compared to Windows, how easy is it to learn, in terms of those with
learning disabilities, to use a mac and VoiceOver? Thanks, and I look
forward to hearing from you. From Hannah
