We will most likely use Fusion--the deal is to keep the Mac running in the background, or foreground, or whatever, when I am in the other machine.
we have a Mac USB keyboard, but I guess since we're getting the iMac, it's going to have a built-in keyboard, I guess. Won't be able to use a Windows keyboard--it's not bluetooth or anything--unless there's a way to plug one into the Back of the Mac or something.

If you use a Windows keyboard you will not see any difference. The people that I train usually have two keyboards connected either through USB or bluetooth and they just switch them out depending on the OS they are running. Because the new aluminum Mac keyboards are so thin they just sit that one on the desk and put the Windows one on the keyboard tray. Personally I use bluetooth keyboards and a pair of wireless headset so I don't have to carry a notebook around.
