I don't think anything was said about backing up.
It was suggested that you
do another completely clean install on your external disk; that means you
don't have to do
anything with your present installation at present. then on the new
installation, set up 1 account and see if the problem still exists.

Vo sees all the get info info. We all do have a particular issue where
get info crashes vo but yours seems to need some sort of fixing. I

A sighted person has confirmed that the text is showing but VO isn't
seeing it. I don't particularly like using list view, so a fix or
