I HAVE FOUND THAT VO DOES NOT JUMP TO THE NEW CONTENT WHEN A WEBPAGE OPENS AFTER SELECTING A LINK, WITH ONE EXCEPTION AS FOLLOWS:

PLEASE ADJUST VO SO IT IMMEDIATELY READS LINK-OPEN-CONTENT INSTEAD OF HAVING TO FIRST SCROLL THROUGH SEVERAL HEADER LINKS.
MY UNDERSTANDING IS THE JAWS AND WINDOW-EYES PC SCREEN READERS DO IMMEDIATELY NARRATE ANY ONLINE OPENED LINKS WITHOUT ANY SCROLLING BY MEANS OF THEIR HTML NAVIGATION QUICK KEYS. .
