iT IS RATHER COMPLEX ON mAC OSX WITH FIREVOX.  i AND OTHERS HAD TO CHANGE 
PERMISSIONS ON A FOLDER, DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL TWO COMPONENTS.  tHERE MAY 
ACTUALLY BE STUFF IN THE ARCHIVES ON THIS BUT i THINK THE DISCUSSION TOOK 
PLACE ON mACvISIONARIES.

If I'm not mistaken firefox has to download its own extensions and set
them up at least on windows that's how it gets done as well as unix.  So
does some script exist to run firefox when it gets downloaded and first
update firefox then download and install that firevox extension?
