[macvoiceover] Re: Disable Chrome Vox

Wouldn't hurt to try voiceover first. The google browser works great with
voiceover under the Mac platform, and since to operate google docs is meant to
be used with the google browser, there's a good chance it would work. Now,
under Windows, that's probably true.
