I have released a minor upgrade to DTBmaker to permit images to be
added to books. Here is how it works:
all images should be placed in the same directory with the source
text file.
The image tag must be inside a paragraph tag set.
Every image MUST have an alt tag this is a DASIY requirement. The
text of the alt tag is what will get recorded by DTBmaker.
Here is an example:
<p>Some more text</p>
<p><img src="pix.jpg" alt="This is my picture"/></p>
When recorded DTBmaker will record "This is my picture" where the
picture would be in the text. The image itself will be included in
the booktext file and will be displayed as the book is read if your
software support such.
DTBmaker can be downloaded at the following URL: http://w3.wmcnet.org/
