Thanks I plugged it in and yeah it works fine. I have not even turned my Pro
on because I want to have time (tomorrow) to learn as much of the basic
functions. It will be a learning curve but I will master it. Thanks

It's part of the AC power. If it's like mine, it has a three- prong
connector on the end for a wall socket. You can connect the other end to
the little box that is at the end of the cable that goes into the Mac
Book. If you feel where the two-prong connector is located on the end of
the Mac Book cable, it can be removed to fit the three-prong cable.
