[macvoiceover] Brailletranslate 2.0

BrailleTranslate 2.0 download (beta)
This program was developed for a sign maker who was using Macs and who had found that Duxbury for the Mac was no longer running under MacOSX in Classic Mode. It will translate an English phrase into English grade 2 braille and let you select and copy the translation.

This version is Universial and includes a contexual menu named braille when text in any application is highlited simple select some text then control-click and select the menu item Braille. The grade 2 translation will appear in a seperate window called braille. Do a command-A to select the braille translation and paste it where it is needed.

This version also fixes some translation problems found in the 1.0 release.
