Hi folks,

The list of sound and sound editing programs for the MAC just continues to grow.

John Hess wrote this morning about the new beta of Audacity. I tried this software some months ago and it was not quite ready on the MAC, however times have changed.

I talked with john earlier this evening and he is editing audio, coping and pasting audio, recording multitrack and the list goes on.

This is not for the faint of hart, because it is a work in progress, with much promice.

I'm going to play with it and I thought you mite want to as well.

The toolbars are not much to look at on the MAC yet, so travle at your own risk.

I am going to send you the link to download it and the link to a webarchive of the guide.

This is a multi platform program and the guide refers to JFW, but, the same commands seem to work for the MAC

Please be sure to report issues to the kind folks that build this program.

Have fun.
