[macvoiceover] Are there any tutorials for any of the spreadsheets?

I'm really struggling with spreadsheets. I'm trying out Tables, excell, Numbers and Open Office. I'm having a little success with Tables, but I'm frustrated that I'm not getting anywhere with the others. Are there any tutorials for any of these spreadsheets that someone can direct me too?
