Confirmed; however, I was able to access all of the links on the page with the item chooser menu…

On this page there is a table with links in it. But VoiceOver will not announce the links in the table as links nor will it list them in a links chooser menu (VO-U). It will let you click on them but there is no verbal way for you to know that they are in fact links.
