Are you trying to add music from the computer which is not the original 
computer that you used to set up your eye device? I think the problem here is 
that you are not allowed to add music to one eye device from multiple 
computers. You can only add music and other media from the computer that you 
used to set it up. Otherwise, the other computer will have to set up your 
device again, with the data on that new computer.

If you jailbreak your phone, I think that you might find ways of changing this. 
However, I have no experience in this area. Bye iPhone, I mean any I device.
