[mac4theblind] folders appearing out of order in mail

hello. Running os lion. Every newly created folder I create appears out of 
order in apple mail. It appears at the bottom. I've done all I can do fix this 
and I dunno how short of a mail reinstall but that seems  impossibil in lion. I 
googled for it.
I also tried recreating  account after deleting it wiht no luck either. any 
advice?
