[mac4theblind] a very broken itunes

Ok I dunno what I did. but now my itunes freezes at waiting for items to copy
or waiting for changes to reconcile. I can sit there and wait for 10 hours and
it will still be at the screen.. i dunno if I should attempt a reinstall of
itunes or a restore of the IOS. Advice would be appreciated. using itunes 5 and
ios5. and I'm on osx lion.
