[mac4theblind] a question on how to rename a track on garage band

Hello. with the latest version of garage band how do I rename a track so it's 
not no effects. I want it to be sop1, or sop2 or harmony 1, etc. I looked on 
how to do it in  the manual but I can't hover anything using  voice over lol! 
Any tips?
