Is the window menu the menu that you get when you're in the program.

what I mean is, if I'm in the document. Is that the menu that all I have to do
is press VO M and find zoom? Or is there more to it.

If that is the case. which part of the menu should I choose?

thanks in advance for your patience and for answering my questions.
